Log into your AlfaShop account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
